• Each question is scored from 1 to 5 points:

  (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree)

• Add up the total points across all 11 questions.

• Calculate the average score by dividing the total by 11.

Average Score

4.5 – 5.0 = Highly Ready

Ideal client. Strong foundations, excellent readiness to partner immediately.

3.5 – 4.4 = Ready with Minor Support

Good fit. May need light preparation in a few areas.

2.5 – 3.4 =Needs Preparation Work

Some gaps exist. Will need pre-engagement support to strengthen readiness.

Below 2.5 = Not Yet Ready

Significant foundational work needed. Recommend capacity-building first.
